synchronized SKATING WORKSHOPS

These workshops are designed to elevate team unity and performance through the principles of ensemble work from acting. Participants learn to develop a heightened sense of space and a stronger connection to their fellow skaters. Through exercises and games drawn from acting and contemporary dance, they heighten their mutual awareness and practice the dynamics of leading and following. This process builds a strong group bond, trains the "courage muscle" and helps skaters let go of the fear of judgement. Skaters learn how to use their genuine emotions to create movement and tell a unified story on the ice.

Following successful workshops with skaters in cities across Germany—including Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Bonn, and Ulm — this unique program for synchronized teams has been effectively implemented in Berlin and is now being offered more widely.

SINGLE SKATING WORKSHOPS

The aftermovie of our contemporary & acting on ice workshop for kids and adults is here! So much joy, creativity, and movement packed into three  Days.

For any skater, the ability to take the ice with strong stage presence and perform without self-consciousness is essential. This workshop provides the tools and methods drawn from acting and contemporary dance to build these skills, helping both recreational and competitive skaters deliver a program that not only captivates an audience, but allows them to dive deeper into their own artistry.
